Terms and conditions
1. Who we are
CANDDS Supply is a product of CANDDS, a trade name of Coen Janssen (sole proprietorship), Paddestoelenlaan 69, 3903 GE Veenendaal, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 85294438. VAT ID NL004085657B17. Email hello@candds.studio.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every purchase on candds.supply and to the use of the kit and the plugin. The License explains what you can do with them. By buying, you accept both.
3. Orders and payment
Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner, handles every order as the seller of record. They process your payment, charge the VAT for your country and send your invoice. Their terms of sale apply to the payment. Prices are one-off and include VAT.
4. Delivery
Straight after payment you get your license key and invoice by email, plus a download link for files. You install the plugin through Figma and activate it with your license key.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to that at checkout and confirmed you understand you lose the right. Delivery starts when you open the download link or activate the plugin. If the product does not work as described, mail us. We fix it or find a solution with you, and your legal rights stay intact.
6. Products that are not out yet
Dates on the roadmap are expected dates, not promises. You only pay for what is available at the moment you buy.
7. Plugin and license service
The plugin needs an internet connection to activate, to check your license when you open it and to load the foundation. We do our best to keep this service available, but cannot promise it is never down. Everything the plugin has loaded into your files stays there.
8. Updates and changes
We may improve, change or remove parts of the kit and the plugin in updates. Updates within version 1 are included at no extra cost.
9. Intellectual property
The kit and the plugin remain the property of CANDDS. You get a license to use them, as described in the License.
10. Misuse
If you break the License, for example by sharing your license key or reselling the kit, we may deactivate your license key without a refund.
11. Liability
We do our best to keep the kit and the plugin correct and working. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is never higher than the amount you paid. This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow that, for example in case of intent or gross negligence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought stays valid for that purchase.
13. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Midden-Nederland district, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to go to the court where you live.
