License
What you can do
Use CANDDS Supply in unlimited personal and client projects. Change everything: colours, fonts, spacing, components and blocks. What you make with it belongs to you and your client.
Client projects
You can hand over the Figma files of a client project, including the parts of the kit used in it. Your client may keep using and changing those files for that project. They may not use them as a kit for other projects or pass them on as a kit.
What you cannot do
Resell, share or give away the kit or the plugin, also not in parts or in a changed form. Publish it as your own UI kit, template or design system, or use it to build a competing product. Remove the copyright notices from the master file.
Seats and updates
Every license is for one person on one Figma account. You can move it to another account up to twice a month. A license is personal and cannot be shared within a team or company. Every update within version 1 is included at no extra cost.
The plugin
The plugin checks your license key online when you activate it and each time you open it. Everything the plugin loads into your files stays in those files, also if the plugin stops working.
Ownership
CANDDS keeps the copyright of the kit and the plugin. You get a license to use them, not the ownership.
When the license ends
If you break this license, it ends and we may deactivate your license key. You then stop using the kit and the plugin. Work you already delivered to clients stays theirs.
